Dr. Corey Thompson is a board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopaedic surgeon specializing in foot and ankle care. He treats a wide range of conditions, including trauma and sports-related injuries, ligament and tendon damage, post-traumatic arthritis, and deformity correction, using both operative and nonoperative approaches.

Dr. Thompson is active in research, with multiple publications in peer-reviewed orthopaedic journals, and serves as a lecturer for UNC-Chapel Hill orthopedic surgery residents. He also enjoys giving back through charitable surgery trips to Nicaragua, combining his expertise with service to communities in need.
